Becoming a mother is a transformation that requires care, acknowledgement and time to be integrated. I create the space for you to see your transformation and actually integrate this new you, full of gifts and wisdom. It’s like holding a mirror for you to see yourself with fresh and compassionate eyes. I gently guide you to reconnect with your values and make sense of your experiences in mothering.

I’M A RELAXED, JOYFUL AND INTUITIVE WOMAN, FASCINATED BY THE WAY WE WORK AS HUMANS AND THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN US.

I love learning and growing and I think the greatest things we learn about ourselves are when are willing to face the uncomfortable with self-compassion and curiosity.

So, you could say that I’ve always done work that motivated me, that felt meaningful to me and made me feel like I had a purpose. That also means that when something didn’t feel right anymore, I listened to my intuition, thanked it for its role in my life and said goodbye.

That got me leaving one university for another in the second year, working as a Montessori Guide for 6+years with children under 6, going to Vietnam to teach and then coming back and starting my own business.

My first business, My Montessori Shelf, promoted Montessori education and I literally designed from scratch a lot of digital materials for kids. When that stopped making sense and my passion for humans started taking centre point, my work transformed in consulting parents (mostly mamas) and supporting a better connection between mama-child.

And when that stopped making sense and I felt a strong urge and fascination for the challenges and inner life of mamas and their transformation when becoming mothers, I pivoted my business and started working as a supporter for mamas in fully embracing their mothering. I gave myself this title, because I didn’t fit in any of the other boxes out there and felt like I can create my own path. And I did.

I am now a Matrescence Guide and Educator, trained in a unique, amazing, intuitive, full of wisdom model - Seasons of Matrescence® - that offers mamas a map to navigate their seasons to and through matrescence.

I designed a unique program for mamas called the SUPPORTED MOM PROGRAM that just blows my mind and warms my heart every time I hold it. I work with amazing mamas like you in 1:1 sessions, guided by their intuition and their story and I hold sacred mother circles every month in Mother Circle.

AUTHENTICITY


My business and the way I work are a way of expressing my authentic self.

I put a lot of heart, body and mind in what I do. I value connection, acceptance, personal growth and alignment with our values and our inner rhythm.

I am supportive, deeply empathic and warm. So it’s safe to say that the mamas who’ve worked with me have definitely felt seen, listened to and held.

I am intuitive, creative and curious and that gives me the great advantage of seeing the bigger picture, of reflecting back to you your strenghts and your gifts.

I’ve been told I have a calm demeanor, I’m easy to open up to and a great listener, that I see things that others can’t, that I am brave and out of the box. I guess you’ll just have to discover that for yourself?
